Born and raised in North Omaha, CharDale has deep roots in the community. He grew up the middle child of three where his mom raised him in a fatherless home. Despite the odds of being surrounded by gang activity in the 1990's, he managed to graduate from Belvedere, McMillan, and Omaha North High School.
CharDale developed his creative skills early on. He learned his work ethic through the influence of his grandmother, the late Marie Barnes. She was a teacher at the College of Saint Mary and taught him how to write and express himself with the pen. He got his first taste of being a creative around the age of 5, when his grandmother asked him (alongside siblings and cousins) to record a song. This—including a live performance—was her last request from her grandkids while fighting breast cancer. It proved to be a blessing in disguise because CharDale never let go of storytelling, arts, and creative writing.
Since then, his skills have expanded to include not only the arts and writing, but finance and technology as well. He's used his gifts to help many companies develop and thrive. In the arts, he ran a recording studio full-time in the Benson district of Omaha. In finance, he worked as an analyst for Mutual of Omaha. In tech, he wrote custom code for Methodist Hospital and Hayneedle (respectively). Hayneedle was acquired by Walmart.
CharDale has his Associates Degree in Business, and completed full-stack software developer training at Omaha Code School. He studied finance and banking at UNO and also obtained his FAA Certified Part 107 drone pilot license through Eppley Airfield. If you ever meet CharDale you'll notice he loves dry humor. He may not get you to laugh, but that won't stop him from trying to make you smile.
He's full of youthful wonder and fascination, which aids his unique ability to solve problems with innovation. His fearless pursuit of better communities and a positive narrative for the underrepresented makes him the perfect leader for the team at Stable Gray.
Growing up in North Omaha, Nebraska, Teddy began creating at a young age through music and dance, and loved expressing himself through his personal style. Since then, he has taken his creativity to new heights by becoming self-taught in graphic design, photo and video editing, social media management, and content creation.
Teddy has his Bachelor's in Sports Management with a minor in Business and Computer Information Systems, as well as his Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Teddy also holds certifications through the Start Center of Entrepreneurship and StoryBrand Training Course. In his free time, you can find him exploring new things to do in Omaha with his wife and daughter, or working out while listening to podcasts and audio books.
